Neighborhood Planning Committee Members include residents from the six Project Connect Neighborhoods - Jeff-VanderLou, Hyde Park, Old North St. Louis, St. Louis Place, Carr Square, Columbus Square.
The NPC Role Includes:

Set the direction and provide guidance to the overall process

Help to engage and update neighbors throughout the planning process

Help draft, revise, and approve neighborhood plans to be submitted to the City

Attend monthly NPC Meetings with consultants
